Puspa Khanal is the Pastor of Heart of Jesus Church, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. He was born in Danabari, Gelephug Bhutan. He was  Refugee in Nepal for more than 20 years

He was Pastor of Timai Hosanna Church in Beldangi-3 east Jhapa Nepal, for six months, after his senior Pastor migrated to USA. He migrated to Canada through International Organization Migration (IOM) and United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR). He arrived in Canada on December 12, 2012, since then he pastored Carrefour Nepali Church, in Quebec City, Canada from 2013 to 2018. He moved to Ontario, on June 9, 2018. Ever since he have been pastoring Heart of Jesus Church. He is Married to Tila Gurung, and have a son called Alvin.
